At FinacPlus, employee well-being is more than a policy—it’s a priority.
In line with this belief, we organized a comprehensive Employee Wellness Program on Sunday, June 8 in Hyderabad.
With over 100 participants in attendance, the session was designed to:
Promote employee health
Reduce workplace stress
Enhance productivity
Lower individual healthcare costs
Improve work-life balance
Encourage timely digital and mental detox
The program featured two key facilitators-
Isha Yoga Trainers, who conducted sessions on:
Awareness of Yoga & Inner Engineering
Pranayama, Yoga Namaskar, Meditation
Neck, wrist, ankle, and eye exercises for desktop workers
And Dr. Ravi Kumar, an experienced naturopath and acupuncture physician, who led:
Talks on Nutrition, Healthy Eating, and Lifestyle Management
Simple practices for mental health and stress relief
Ergonomics and posture training
Weekly fasting techniques and acupuncture insights
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many employees appreciating the actionable health advice and deeply relaxing experience.
