Madan Mohan Yalamanchili

Madan Mohan Yalamanchili, fondly known as MM, has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of FinacPlus since February 25th, 2021. With over four decades of leadership experience, he is a pioneer in fostering a strong corporate culture and driving business excellence.

Career Milestones

MM co-founded Smart Software in 1994, which later merged into S&P Capital IQ in 2004. During his tenure as Chairman of the Board of S&P Capital IQ India Pvt Ltd (1994-2016), he played a pivotal role in shaping a collaborative and employee-centric work culture, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and transformation. He was instrumental in expanding S&P’s operations, growing the workforce from 200 to 4000 employees, and positioning the organization as a leader in financial data and analytics. The company was later rebranded as S&P Global Market Intelligence (GMI).

In addition to his corporate achievements, MM has been actively involved in industry organizations and community initiatives. He served as the Chairman of AMCHAM Hyderabad and was a Board Member of AMCHAM India, where he provided strategic guidance on business and trade relations. He has also been a Board Member of HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) and an Executive Committee Member of the Cyberabad Security Council.

Philanthropic Initiatives

MM is passionate about giving back to the community. He has encouraged and supervised numerous Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, leading over 400 projects aimed at supporting below-poverty-line students and rural development. Since 2005, these initiatives have had a profound impact, with the participation of 2000+ employees each year and a total expenditure of Rs. 5 crores.

Divya Jyothi serves as a Board Member and Chief Technology Officer at FinacPlus, overseeing the company’s Technology and IT Infrastructure functions. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, she is a seasoned software professional with a strong track record in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable intranet and client-server-based applications.

Her areas of expertise include cloud computing, client-server technology, database programming, web application development, machine learning, IT policy development, and project management. Divya has successfully led initiatives to analyse business requirements, develop IT policies, supervise technology teams, and build strategic relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective contracts and solutions.

Divya holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. She also holds certification from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), showcasing her comprehensive skill set and commitment to technological excellence.

Sailatha Kotapati

Sailatha Kotapati serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at FinacPlus, bringing over two decades of experience as a Financial Advisor and Entrepreneur in the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
