  • Global Outreach strategy included engaging potential clients, showcasing FinacPlus full suite of services, and demonstrating FinacPlus’ commitment to delivering impactful results.
  • In 2019, FinacPlus partnered with 8 Global clients making a total of 12
  • 4 clients form US Mortgage & Private Lending Space, 1 from UK Car Finance, and 1 from Switzerland Investment Banking
  • New Services added in 2019 were– E-Commerce platform developers, platform customer service, graphic design services, car finance payout services, AML/KYC screening services for automobile finance company, Financial Research and Data collection, and PHP Web Applications Development 
  • FinacPlus total team expanded to more than 76 employees by the end of 2019, including new virtual employees for the processes added by existing clients.
  • To accommodate employees, FinacPlus in 2019 contracted with Office Space vendors for 100+ private seats in Hyderabad
  • More than 16 Employees travelled to USA and UK for knowledge exchange between clients’ processes and migrate the same to India

Technological Advancements

  • We have ventured into Software Development in the year 2021 and established an office in Bangalore for our client.
  • We have actively hired an IT Development Team of 20+ resources to support Product Management, Project Management, Full Stack Development, Database Development, Tech Quality Assurance, Web Applications Development, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Development and so on.
  • FinacPlus in 2021 became trusted partners for new clients and expanded into diverse Backoffice Services ranging from Real estate Investment Backoffice, Real estate Data Research, Healthcare Data Research, SEO Optimization, Digital Marketing, to Website Development 
  • The employees that were hired for these processes were more than 120, bringing our total employee count to 280+ and total clients to 24.

Continued Growth and Recognitions and Awards

  • FinacPlus acquired corporate office space in Hyderabad, Vasavi SkyCity and moved 24+ corporate team from HR, Accounting, Admin, Operations into single location
  • FinacPlus added more cyber security features to its IT infrastructure and working on getting ISO certification 
  • Received award “Excellence in IT Enabled Services” from Economic Times Telangana State
  • Received award “Best-in-Class Virtual Services Provider” from UBS Forums, Bangalore 
  • Prabhakar Received award “CEO of the Year” from Business Connect 
  • 4 new clients added from Private Lending, Real-estate investment industries
  • Clients added additional seats and additional services and as of Sept 2024, total clients reached 32 with 490+ employees and 80+ freelancers
  • In April 2018, FinacPlus signed their first client from Mortgage Finance. A team of 2 were hired for Asset management and Loan Servicing
  • Consecutively we have added 3 more clients in the same year from Mortgage Finance and Private Lending Industries.
  • FinacPlus provided services in Asset management and Loan Servicing, Accounting, Treasury, Loan Origination, Loan Processing, Loan Underwriting, Loan Due Diligence for Acquisition
  • By the end of 2018, total team stood at 22

Resilience Amidst Pandemic Challenges

  • Start of 2020, we expanded our services into Data Research and Collection Processes for Financials, Corporate and ESG data by signing contract with 4 new clients. FinacPlus opened doors to 80+ freelancers this year.
  • Additionally, we partnered with 6 additional clients from US Mortgage making a total of 22
  • However, due to a pandemic crisis we have lost 2 clients that have gone out of business bringing our total down to 20 by the end of 2020
  • At FinacPlus, we have handled the crisis successfully by balancing the employee and clients’ experience that year
  • Due to the dynamic changes to the existing work environment during pandemic, FinacPlus had to make suitable technical changes, to introduce “Work from Home” from India to client side.
  • After initial hiccups, “Work from Home” became a great success for FinacPlus operations and Client’s feedback suggested that productivity was two-fold in this work set-up.
  • Clients were able to save operating expenses by working with FinacPlus during pandemic economic challenges and outsourced more resources in 2020, Ultimately reaching a strength of more than 120 employees end of the year.

Further Expansions

  • In 2023, as we earned trust from our many partners, they became pioneers in recommending our services to many similar businesses. This led to 4 new clients that were added to our list from Private Lending, Real-estate investment, Data Research industries
  • Newer Service offerings were added such as- CLO/CMBS Data Research, Data Confirmation through Voice, Microsoft Dynamics support, Tableau Development, Construction Draws Management, and Civil Engineering Servies. 
  • FinacPlus IT development team expanded substantially in Bangalore, allotting more than 50 resources for these processes
  • Similarly in Hyderabad, in 2023, 200+ employees were hired for various services.
  • At the end of the year 2023, our total number of clients reached 28 with 410+ employees and 80+ freelancers
