On 17th August 2025, we celebrated not just an event, but a beautiful journey of 3 decades of values, trust, and togetherness. It was an evening where the past, present, and future came together with 110+ successful leaders, entrepreneurs, visionaries, and professionals who have been part of this extraordinary journey that started with Smart Software in 1994 and continues today with FinacPlus, inspiring many more ventures.
The highlight of the evening was the felicitation of Sri Madan Mohan garu and Durga Madam.
Their vision, commitment, and values gave birth to Smart Software, which became the launching pad for hundreds of careers. Many of us who began our journey under their leadership are now Successful Professionals with values and ethics, spread across India and the globe.
Sri Madan Mohan guru’s 50 years of inspiring journey in Hyderabad is a story of resilience, wisdom, and excellence. Starting with humble beginnings, he built not only businesses but also trust-based, long-lasting relationships with Successful Professionals worldwide like D. Randall Winn, Jonathan Reeve etc., His leadership blended discipline with empathy, vision with humility, and strength with compassion.
Today, he is admired not only as a businessman but also as a mentor, guide, and family elder who shaped the character of many of us. His ability to encourage, empower, and uplift others is a rare gift that continues to inspire younger generations.
The celebration of his 75th birthday alongside the 8th Incorporation Day of FinacPlus made the occasion even more memorable. It was a moment of pride to honor his journey and express our heartfelt gratitude for the values he instilled in us.
