The FinacPlus- San Francisco REIT team stepped out of work mode and straight into fun mode during their latest team huddle 🎉💙

From pool volleyball to archery, air gun shooting, cricket, and table tennis, the day was packed with nonstop energy—but the ultimate crowd-favorite was pool volleyball 🏐💦. Something about being in the water turned everyone into instant champions, sparking teamwork, laughter, and plenty of splash-filled strategy huddles!

And then came the UNO moment—now officially legendary 😂🔥 One teammate slammed a card with superhero confidence and yelled “UNO!”… only to still be holding two cards. After one second of stunned silence, the team burst into uncontrollable laughter 🤣. As if scripted, the next player dropped a +4… then another +4… turning the friendly game into a full-blown UNO battlefield 💥🎲

Between the cheering in archery, the laughter echoing from the pool, and the mini competitions everywhere, the team got to see new sides of one another 🌟. The outing sparked creativity, natural conversations, and genuine connection.

Everyone returned refreshed, recharged, and proud to be part of a culture that values fun, bonding, and big smiles as much as great work 💫🤝✨

Prabhakar is a Qualified Accounting Professional, Content Operations Leader, and a Process Innovator. He excels in investment intelligence development, financial services, outsourcing, process design, quality control, corporate governance, internal auditing, and IT-enabled services. His ability to incubate new processes and ideas has helped numerous organizations thrive by saving millions and building efficient systems.

With a proven track record of envisioning, planning, recruiting, and training teams, Prabhakar has built leadership at all levels in the companies he’s served.
