This quarter, FinacPlus team for our REIT client had the perfect opportunity to step away from our desks and celebrate our shared success over lunch. As we continue to support the client with productivity-driven solutions, it is time to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that made this quarter so remarkable.
The afternoon was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a touch of friendly competition. A lively trivia quiz putting our general knowledge to the test, while a self-arranged scavenger hunt brought out the team’s creativity and enthusiasm allowing them to step outside their usual roles and work together effectively.
An employee shared that- “During a team-building activities scavenger hunt and trivia quiz, there was a moment where few team members were so focused on finding a clue that they ended up looking in the most random places, like a bathroom and a bedroom. it brought the team plenty of laughs when they realized that they were chasing the wrong lead the entire time
Beyond the games, the true highlight was the meaningful conversations and personal stories that our employees shared, such as discovering one of their colleague’s hidden talents for cooking, paired with a great sense of humor
