When corporates step in with purpose, transformation becomes real.
On March 27, 2026, FinacPlus., in collaboration with Toorak Capital Partners (USA), successfully delivered a meaningful social impact initiative at GHPS Model School Avathi — executed through LeadIndia Foundation.
Over 60+ employees from our Bengaluru office, along with our leadership team, stepped away from their regular responsibilities to dedicate a full day to service. This is the culture we believe in — where growth is not just measured in business terms, but in impact created.
Leadership & Participants
The initiative was led by Sachin Venugopal, Prabhakar Rao Kotapati, and Chakkrapani Grandhi, along with key team members Sadasiva Pandava, Siddharth, Vimal, Naveen Kanduri, Durga Prasad M P, Bharath Bhushan, and Bhakthi Ranjan.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to school and community representatives — Jayanthi M (Cluster Resource Person), Chandra Sekhar (Head Master), and AC Nagaraj (Village Leader) — for their support and encouragement.
What We Did
Donated 34 desk benches — replacing floor seating and restoring dignity to learning
Arranged a wholesome lunch for students
Conducted games and interactive engagement activities
Personally connected with students to motivate them to aim higher
What We Achieved
This initiative goes far beyond infrastructure.
For many below-poverty-line students, a simple bench creates:
A sense of dignity and inclusion
Better focus and comfort in classrooms
Increased participation and attendance
A powerful belief that their future matters
When children feel valued, they begin to dream. And when they dream, they build a better nation.
This effort has helped create a more structured, inspiring, and respectful learning environment — one that can shape confidence, aspirations, and long-term outcomes.
