FinacPlus Turns 8 and it was A Grand Celebration of Passion and People! 🌟

On 5th October, we celebrated FinacPlus’ 8th Annual Day and Awards ceremony🙌 that turned out to be a spectacular blend of joy, pride, and gratitude! 🤞

The morning kicked off with a lively Punjabi Dhol welcome, filling the venue with energy and excitement. We were privileged to have six distinguished Guests of Honour- Ravi Ragnauth, Tom Keefe, Kriti Chandan, Christine Powers, Peter Annunziata, Brittany Colgan grace this milestone occasion, adding prestige and warmth to this years’ celebration. 😇

Morning started with the formal ceremony that began with heartfelt speeches from our CFO Sravan Kumar Pamidimalla, CTO Divya Jyothi, Operations Leaders Naveen Kanduri, Hari Krishna Patnaik, CA. David Prasad Borra, Balasubramanyam Y, Deekshith Rallabandi, Kaleemuddin Mohammad, GouthamRaj Rameshwaram, Sumavally Goparaju, and CEO Prabhakar Rao Kotapati, who reflected on FinacPlus’s incredible journey — from humble beginnings to becoming a trusted global partner🌏. They highlighted how every milestone we’ve achieved stems from one powerful force — Our People🫂

We were deeply honored by the presence of our Chairman Emeritus, Shri Madan Mohan Garu at the event, who inspired everyone with his words of wisdom and grace. This year marked his 75th birthday, and to commemorate this special milestone, a tribute AV was presented celebrating his remarkable life journey, leadership, and the legacy he continues to build at FinacPlus. His presence made the day truly memorable and filled every heart with admiration and pride.

Our employees took center stage as we honored them through the Employee Excellence Awards ✨🏅, celebrating their everyday dedication and contributions across all client teams. Winners of the 2nd Sports Fest were also recognized — because at FinacPlus, teamwork shines both at work and on the field! 🏆

After a delicious lunch, the festivities soared with vibrant cultural performances that showcased the creativity and talent of our team. The day concluded with an electrifying DJ night, where everyone let loose, danced, and celebrated the FinacPlus spirit in full swing! 😎

Here we stand eight years down, and many more to go. All we wish is to grow stronger, reach higher, and celebrate every success with our entire FinacPlus Family 💙🎊

His ability to incubate new processes and ideas has helped numerous organizations thrive by saving millions and building efficient systems.
