FinacPlus successfully conducted its specially designed course, “FinacPlus Certificate in Mortgage Banking Process,” for over 80 PGDM Finance students from ICBM – School of Business Excellence. The program, held during October and November 2021, culminated with a grand final session on November 11, 2021.
The comprehensive program comprised 10 modules covering essential aspects of the mortgage industry, including Loan Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Servicing, Closing, Accounting, and Treasury.
Lectures were delivered by industry leaders Prabhakar Rao Kotapati, Naveen Kanduri, and Chandrahar Biradar, offering students a blend of theoretical insights and real-world applications.
To ensure rigorous learning, participants undertook an assessment, with formal certificates awarded to those who achieved a score of 60% or higher. This certification not only validates the students’ understanding of mortgage banking processes but also enhances their employability in the finance and mortgage sectors.
