Thrilled to share my recent experience visiting the USA, which turned out to be an incredible blend of learning, collaboration, and personal growth ✨ 🚀. A big shoutout to FinacPlus and our client: NY-Alternative Investment Management firm for making this happen 🙌. Also, to my manager and mentor, GouthamRaj Rameshwaram, whose guidance and encouragement made every step of this journey meaningful 😇.
The trip was packed with enriching moments. I had the opportunity to meet deal teams, dive deep into ongoing loans, and discuss future pipelines 🎯.
One of the highlights was my interaction with our client Managing Director and Co-head of Production Tom. Our discussions spanned across the Indian team’s contributions, strategies for the future, and the seamless way our processes integrate with their global operations ✨🌎.
The cherry on top was attending the annual party 💫🤩! It wasn’t just a celebration—it was a chance to meet the brilliant minds of our USA team in a relaxed, energetic environment. Conversations flowed, ideas sparked, and connections strengthened 🙏.
The biggest takeaway? The valuable inputs I carried forward from these interactions. Back home, I shared these insights with my team, and together, we are working to weave them into our workflows 🗂️📊.
