Our recent CSR initiative with LeadIndia Foundation – Aap Bado, Desh Ko Badao on 22nd & 23rd December 2025 beautifully reflected this belief.
Our team had the privilege of visiting multiple Government Schools in Hyderabad, where our employees engaged with students from 7th, 8th, and 9th standards in deeply meaningful sessions focused on life skills, vision-building, and personal development.
The carefully designed ice-breaking activities helped students open up, while the Life & Vision Global Skills sessions encouraged them to dream bigger, think deeper, and believe in their own potential. The physical development activities added confidence, teamwork, and joy to the experience

Interacting with students from 7th, 8th, and 9th standards, listening to their dreams, and watching their confidence grow through the Life & Vision Global Skills sessions was truly inspiring. It reminded me how powerful guidance, encouragement, and simple human connection can be in shaping young minds.
