FinacPlus Community Champions – Youth Development Program, Fully Funded by FinacPlus via Lead India Foundation: Mission2047 | School 1

Through💙 FinacPlus Community Champions Project, we identify programs that directly contribute to youth development and fund them using FinacPlus resources, with the clear objective of strengthening education, life skills, and responsible citizenship among students.

As part of this effort, FinacPlus fully funded and supported the Lead India – Aap Bhado Desh Ko Bhadao (ABDB) training program conducted on 22–23 December 2025 at🌱 ZPHS Maktha Mahaboobpet, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, where 137 government school students participated.

Our employees, Rambabu Amaraneni and Ram Murthy B, volunteered on behalf of FinacPlus and worked alongside Lead India Foundation’s trainers M. Sudarshan and B. Ganesh in delivering sessions covering:
• Life purpose & goal setting
• Positive thinking & self-discipline
• Health & Yog asanas
• Human values & integrity
• Social responsibility
• Career awareness & global skills
• National pride & contribution

Feedback collected from the school leadership and teaching staff indicated measurable improvements in student engagement, classroom behavior, confidence, and emotional awareness following the program. Students also reported clearer personal goals, improved mindset, and greater awareness of future career pathways. 🌍💭

This is the intent behind the FinacPlus Community Champions Project — to support structured, practical programs that address gaps in holistic education, especially in Indian government schools where such developmental exposure is limited.

On Sunday, 4th January 2026, our team volunteered for a full-day CSR initiative at Punya Thanda, FinacPlus fully funded and installed a RO drinking water plant for the village — ensuring long-term access to safe, clean drinking water for all residents.
