At FinacPlus, youth development and nation-building are one of our core CSR focus areas — because we believe that sustainable progress begins by investing in young minds.
Through our FinacPlus Community Champions initiative, we were proud to fully fund and support the LeadIndia Foundation – Aap Bhado Desh Ko Bhadao (ABDB) Training Program conducted at MPHS Vemukunta, Chandanagar, benefiting 56 students with critical life skills, values-based leadership, and employability readiness.
This program, inspired by the vision of @Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, delivered measurable impact derived from the reflections of staff & students:
✔Stronger confidence, communication, leadership, and teamwork
✔Improved discipline, responsibility, and positive mindset
✔Clearer goals and enhanced readiness for future careers
We are especially grateful to Rambabu Amaraneni from FinacPlus, who volunteered his time and energy on behalf of the organization, working closely with the trainers and students to ensure the program’s success.
