Through our FinacPlus Community Champions initiative, our leaders actively step outside their corporate roles to invest time and knowledge in shaping the next generation.
As part of this commitment, our Senior Vice President, Naveen Kanduri, personally took time from his professional responsibilities to engage with students in a powerful Goal Setting and Values session. The objective was clear — to help young minds build strong foundational values, develop clarity of purpose, and gain the confidence needed to navigate life with direction and integrity.
The session was conducted as an open, interactive conversation rather than a lecture. Students were encouraged to reflect on their aspirations, understand the importance of discipline and focus, and recognize how consistent goal setting can shape both personal growth and academic success.
