This week, we welcomed Chris OGrady Dip (AML and Fin Crime) and Paul Bacon from one of our valued UK-based Car Finance partners to the FinacPlus Hyderabad office for a series of cross-training and knowledge-sharing sessions with our teams.
While these visits are typically focused on operational excellence, collaboration, and strengthening partnerships, what stood out most was a simple yet powerful question from Chris OGrady Dip (AML and Fin Crime) and Paul Bacon:
“How can we give back to the local community during our visit?”
That question sparked something special.
On 16th June, Chris and Paul joined the FinacPlus leadership team in visiting Care and Love Orphanage in Hyderabad—not as business professionals, but as individuals coming together with a shared sense of purpose.
What followed was a day filled with genuine human connection. We celebrated a young girl’s birthday, joined the children in singing and dancing, distributed school shoes to nearly 50 children, shared a meal together, and spent time listening to their stories, dreams, and aspirations.
The orphaned children reminded us that resilience, ambition, and joy can flourish even in the face of challenges. Their energy was contagious, their smiles unforgettable.
What makes this experience particularly meaningful is that the initiative came directly from our clients. In a world where business conversations often revolve around targets, efficiency, and growth, seeing partners who genuinely care about making a positive impact in the communities where they operate speaks volumes about their values and character.
