In 2023, a rapidly expanding New York client in the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) market engaged FinacPlus to provide critical virtual back-office process support.  The client needed assistance conducting rigorous quality checks on CLO data to ensure accuracy and compliance with evolving market standards. This required specialized expertise and a scalable solution to keep pace with their growth trajectory.

Solution:

FinacPlus partnered closely with the client to fully understand the scope of their needs and the specific challenges they faced.  We collaborated directly with the client’s functional managers to develop precise job descriptions tailored to the unique skill sets required for CLO operations. 

Our team then leveraged its expertise to recruit experienced professionals with proven capabilities in data analysis and quality control within the CLO space.  A seamless onboarding and induction process aligned the FinacPlus team with the client’s specific processes and business objectives.

FinacPlus’s comprehensive service encompassed hiring, onboarding, performance management, teamwork, operations control, allowing the client to operate seamlessly.

Impact:

As of November 2024, FinacPlus has successfully hired and onboarded a dedicated team of eight professionals for the client, specializing in CLO data quality assurance. 

Plans are in place to further scale this team to support the client’s continued expansion in the CLO market.  Critically, this strategic support has enabled the client to explore new avenues of business, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investments.

This diversification demonstrates the value of FinacPlus’s services in providing not just operational efficiency, but also the bandwidth and confidence for clients to pursue new opportunities.
