Naveen Kanduri serves as the Vice President – Mortgage Operations with the responsibility of understanding needs of Global Clients from Mortgage Industry and setting up of specialized service delivery workforce dedicated and virtually connected to client’s onshore operations and work along with client’s onshore workforce.

His main role includes new clients onboarding, hiring world class workforce in India exactly suiting to the requirement of clients that includes but not limited to, onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management. He also oversees client services, scaling up of operations, talent management, general management of offshore operations etc.

Naveen has over 17 years of rich and varied experience in Mortgage Operations and prior to joining FinacPlus, he was associated with Berkadia and Capmark. Naveen is a recognized leader in Mortgage Operations with a solid record of achievements in Service Delivery Management with specialization in Strategic Planning, Client/Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, Global Change/Transition Management, Risk Assessment & Compliance, Talent Management and Leadership Development with clear focus on impeccable customer service through efficiency and innovation.

In his last role with Berkadia Services as AVP – Mortgage Operations, Naveen managed the end-to-end service delivery of Commercial Loans Portfolio of over $290 Billion for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures & SLA’s. He also devised and implemented business improvement and continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Naveen has an Executive MBA in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Osmania University. He is also a certified Scrum Product Owner and Project Management Professional. In addition, he has completed the CMS Level I and II Certification from Mortgage Bankers Association and LEAD from Harvard Business Publishing.
